Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Sourcing complex or large package orders may take additional time. We will communicate any extended timelines before processing.
Shipping Expectations
Shipping times vary by destination. Once an order ships, transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed by Noelle Marie.
Product Availability
All items are personally sourced from third-party retailers. Inventory availability may change without notice and specific items are not guaranteed until confirmed in your order.
Package Substitutions
When a requested item becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value. We do our best to match style, size, and category whenever a substitution is needed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, responding to order communications in a timely manner, and reviewing items promptly upon delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Noelle Marie.
Return Requirements
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the condition originally received. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.
Limitation of Liability
Noelle Marie's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
