Return Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from Noelle Marie. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return when the conditions below are met. As a personal shopper sourcing items from a variety of retailers, our return process is slightly different from a traditional store, so please read carefully.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the customer receiving the item. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, or pet hair
- Returned with the original order number or access code
Items returned in a condition we cannot resell may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for the return.
- Attach clear photos of the item(s), including any damage or defects.
- Wait for return approval and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, missing item, or damaged item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Because we source items individually from various retailers, exact exchanges are often not possible. If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare once opened
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate items
- Customized or specially sourced requests
- Clearance, final-sale, or bundle deal items
- Items damaged after delivery
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement when available.
Refunds After Return
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved.
