Refund Policy

At Noelle Marie, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Because we are a personal shopping and sourcing service, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the time, effort, and sourcing costs involved in fulfilling each order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for a Refund

Customers may request a refund within 10 days of receiving their item. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags or packaging intact
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your original order number

How to Request a Refund

To begin a refund request, email us at Contactnoellemarie@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the reason for the refund
  • Photos of the item(s), including any defects or issues

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare once opened or used
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and personal hygiene items
  • Custom or specially sourced requests
  • Clearance, final-sale, or deeply discounted bundle items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Shipping fees, sourcing fees, and service fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In these cases, Noelle Marie will cover return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, items returned with missing tags, light wear, or items returned beyond the 10-day window but within 14 days of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please first recheck your bank account, then contact your card provider — it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us.
